Jaime S. Guerra, MS, PE - Principal
Mr. Guerra has more than 17 years experience in the Construction & Engineering design industry. His education includes a BSCE from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and MSCE from Santa Clara University. He has worked hand in hand with numerous public and private entities including the City of San Jose, The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jose, Pacific Gas & Electric, San Jose Unified School District, Santa Clara County and Federal Express. Mr. Guerra is currently the General Manager overseeing all aspects of Construction & Engineering Divisions.
Ben Martinez - Superintendent
Mr. Martinez has worked in Residential and Commercial Construction for over 18 years. He has extensive experience as a Project Manager and Superintendent. He is capable of total project development from planning, production of full set of drawings and specifications, contract negotiations, bid preparation and lettering, to selecting and overseeing subcontractors. He works closely with architects, engineers, developers, estimators, project managers, superintendents and subcontractors from design to final completion.
Lydia Reynolds - Administrator
Ms. Reynolds has been serving the Construction, and Real Estate, Industry for over 14 years. She has considerable knowledge of the Industry from the proposal phase to the retention phase. Her duties include contract administration, job costing, material submittals, RFI's, and compilation of construction closeout documents including technical as-built drawings, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and marketing.
